The Chicago Stadium was once home to the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks from its opening in 1929 until its closing in 1994. The "Madhouse on Madison" got its nickname from the noise coming out of the 3,663- pipe Barton organ and was once known as the loudest arena in the NBA. The stadium also hosted rodeos, concerts, boxing matches, and political rallies.
